Consultation
We offer free consultations via email, phone or in person in the Philadelphia area.  This allows the designer to get to know you, what you expect in the stationery package for your event.

Package
Your package is created with the items, quantities, dimensions and paper that you choose.  You may add or subtract items from the package up until the printing process begins.  For weddings and large events that require programs, thank you cards, favor tags, and other reception type stationery can be added and designed closer to your event date.

Payment
Once your personalized stationery package has been created, a 25% deposit is due in order to begin the design process.  The balance of your package will be due when the designs are complete and the proof is approved by you.  At that point you are ready to print!

Customizing and Proofing
We work with you to to fulfill your needs and ideas as well as colors and wording choices to create products made just for you.  It is very important to us that you maintain a collaborative working relationship with the designer so that you get the most out of our services.   We begin by creating 3 designs based on your ideas and colors.  You can make as many changes to these proofs as needed to find the perfect design for your stationery.  The proofing process continues until you are satisfied with the design.
